Newark Garden Club meets Friday, plans June flower show

The Newark Garden Club will meet May 7, at 1 p.m. at the Park Presbyterian Church, Maple Court in Newark.

Anne Crowley, chair of the June 12 Flower Show, will talk about the plans. The Show is to be held at the Alex Eligh Community Center, 303 East Avenue in Newark. It will include a plant sale and exchange.

Hostesses for May 7 are Ange De John and Sylvia Harding, with flower arrangement by Anne Crowley. President Rita Mc Hale will preside over the business meeting.
