Computer Classes at the Lyons Library During the month of November, the Lyons Public Library will be offering two computer classes to the public. The first class, Creating Mailing Labels with Word, will be held on Mon., Nov. 8 at 6:30 p.m. Class participants will learn how to create mailing labels using Microsoft Word. Basic computer skills such as being able to use a mouse are required. On Sat., Nov. 13 at 9:30 a.m. a second class, Introduction to Computers, will taught. This class is for people who are not familiar with computers and would like to learn the basics of using a computer. Jeff Snow, the librarys technology coordinator and an adjunct professor of applied computer applications at Keuka College, will be teaching the classes.
