Cooking workshops in Newark

Woodlane Community Church in Newark will be sponsoring cooking workshops. The classes will begin with 'What every good kitchen needs' and progress to 'The thanksgiving turkey.'

You will be sampling and critiquing creations and learn to make substitutions that will make a recipe truly your own. Men, women, and teens 14 and older with parental consent are welcome.

What a great gift idea for that about to be or newly married couple or even the seasoned cook who is now cooking for just two.

Workshops (Tuesdays) begin at 6:30 p.m. and run November 16 - December 14 at Woodlane Community Church, 5694 Woodlane, Newark. A fee of $35 for the purchase of supplies is necessary and pre-registration is appreciated.
