HEP asks for coats for kids

With help from the surrounding communities, HEP Sales in Newark will collect enough coats to keep all of our local children warm this season.

Last year, HEP collected over 500 coats throughout their 12 location area. Again with your help, they hope to continue the success this year. Now through December 5, HEP Sales will provide a drop off area at their 6592 Route 31 East (Newark) store location.

Everyone is encouraged to drop off their gently used clean winter coats, mittens, hats and boots. (Due to the numerous requests for hats, mittens, and boots last year they have added these items to the list.)

All coats will be donated to charities for distribution to children throughout the surrounding area. Local residents are encouraged to share in this worthwhile community project by passing on this information to their neighborhood groups, churches, civic groups, school classrooms, Scouts, etc.
