50-year anniversary at Lyons Central

Lyons Central School is celebrating its 50th anniversary with an Open House on Thursday, October 7. Tours of the building will be from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., during the open house.

Snacks and beverages will be provided in the library or cafeteria during the tours. There will be a display of books and new and old blueprints of the school and a book fair in the library. Student artwork will also be on display in the auditorium showcase.

There will be a short concert at 8 p.m. in the high school auditorium.
