'Paws for a Cause' helps animals

May 1 starts the PAWS for A Cause campaign. Volunteers will be out selling PAW prints to support the Humane Society of Wayne County.

PAWS cost one dollar each and the donor may honor a special human or pet by writing their name on the PAW. The PAW will be displayed throughout May at the shelter or the veterinary clinic where the PAW is purchased. Give a dollar, help an animal.

There is an estimated workforce in Wayne County of 50,000 people.
