Special programs at Sodus Library

Get out of the house and visit the Sodus Free Library! In addition to crafts, reading clubs, and take-home Reading Bingo sheets, Tune In @ Your Library program has two special events scheduled.

At 1 p.m. on August 10, Marianne Smith will return to present an all-new family program featuring some of her exotic animals, including hedgehogs, bearded dragons, and possibly a binterong - look it up in a library reference book.

Town Historian Richard Ransley will discuss the Blue Line Rochester-Sodus Bay Trolley at 7 p.m. on August 11. Imagine riding the rails from Sodus Bay to Rochester and back again on a trolley! Ransley's talk will include a look at several slides.

No reservations are required for these free programs. The library is located at 17 Maple Avenue.
