Tea for Teachers

The Museum of Wayne County History, located at 21 Butternut Street in Lyons, invites all area educators, librarians, and homeschool instructors to attend a Teachers Tea on Thursday, August 25, between noon and 3.

Tea and cakes will be served, and educators will have the opportunity to tour the museum and become familiar with the resources that are available to complement the school curriculum. Time Capsules, educational kits that include artifacts, handouts and exercises, will be available for review.

Participants can register to win door prizes, including maps and historical publications. This event is free for all area educators.
