Garden Club meets, will present award

The Newark Garden Club will have a fall kick-off luncheon at the Chart House Restaurant, Quality Inn, September 2 at 12:30.

The Civic Beautification award will be presented to the Newark business that has enhanced its property with flowers or shrubs to make it attractive to village residents. President Rita McHale will lead the meeting and presentation.
