Concerts in Marion

The Marion Community Christmas Program is a charitable organization (formerly 'The White Gift Service') with a history of community service going back to the 1930's.

Concerts are planned for tonight: Dec. 13, 4th Grade Band Concert at 7;

Dec. 15, Winter Concert High School Chorus & Band at 7:30 in the High School Auditorium

Dec. 20, 5th and 6th Grade Band Concert at 7 in the Elem. School Auditorium

Dec. 22, 5th and 6th Grade chorus at 7 p.m. in the Elem. School Auditorium. Mark your calendars!

Please donate; money collected goes for food certificates to needy families during the holiday season. Poinsettias are delivered to shut-ins and patients at nursing homes and hospitals; at Easter we deliver Hyacinths to shut-ins, nursing homes and hospitals.

This program is a total community effort with community members, clergy and school personnel planning the program and distributing the gifts.
