Clyde Chamber Christmas lighting contest

The Clyde Chamber of Commerce is happy to announce that the 2005 Christmas Lighting Contest for residents and business merchants in the Village of Clyde will take place between December 21 and 23. Sherryl Godkins, Chamber member will chair the event and provide the judges. The announcement of winners will be December 24. Please make sure that lights are on the evening of judging to be able to participate.

Prizes for the contest are being provided by Key Bank and are as follows:

• 1st Prize: $100 Savings Bond
• 2nd Prize: $75 Savings Bond
• 3rd Prize: $50 Savings Bond
• The Judges are members of the Wayne County Business Council.

• Chuck Palermo of Wayuga Community News
