Marion Food Pantry Volunteers

Marion Food Pantry Volunteers:

We are planning two volunteer meetings. The first is January 14 at 10 a.m. at the food pantry and the second will be on October 14 at 10 a.m. at the food pantry.

Because of the large turnover in volunteers in the last few years we would like to review some pantry policies, as well as to hear any of your concerns and comments.

We are all proud of the success of the Marion Food Pantry over the last many years and look forward to many more years of helping those in our community that need assistance. As always, thank you for your help in making all this possible.

In 2006 we'll have the St. Gregory's 'Teens in Community' (T.I.G.) group helping us. In the last few weeks they have been responsible for collecting dozens of bags of food and hygiene products. They will also actively work at the pantry once a month in teams. Welcome aboard T.I.G.!
