Lyons girls defeat Honeoye 41-28

Latasha Coney led the top-seeded Lyons Lions over #2 Honeoye in the Class CC championship game last night. The Lions (20-3) were led by Coney's 11 points, Kiersten Beman with 10, Elgina Riggins 8, Lakeishia Blaisdell 6, and Brittany McCray had 6 points. The game was played at the War Memorial Blue Cross Arena.

Coney was the most valuable player of the tournament.

Members of the squad include Head Coach Eric Kuhn, Latasha Coney, Leigh Ann Henry, Lakeshia 'Blaisdell, Brittany McCray, Amanda Jackson, Samantha Wadhams, Crystal Foster, Ashley Lancaster, Kiersten Beman, Elgina Riggins.
