Great bargains at the Lyons Thrift Shop

The Lyons Thrift Shop has served the community of Lyons for over 30 years. Located at 15 Canal Street in Lyons, the Thrift Shop sells clothing, kitchenware, bedding, jewelry, toys, shoes, books, games, etc. at low prices. Average prices for clothing range between $1 and $3.

The last Friday of each month customers are able to fill a large brown paper shopping bag with clothing for only $2.50. The eight churches of Lyons run the shop as a community project with each church taking charge of it for six weeks.

Hours for the Thrift Shop are Tuesday and Thursday - 1 to 3, Friday - noon to 3, Saturday - 10 to noon.

The shop will accept most donations except large furniture such as beds, dressers and couches. Please leave donations only during regular hours. If someone wants to donate items but is unable to when the Thrift Shop is open, please call 946.6647.
