Garden Club meets Feb. 4

Newark Garden Club will be meeting at 1 p.m. on Friday, February 4. The program is 'Late Winter Birds.' David Spier, a nature photographer for 34 years, will show his slides, including some early returning migrants. Spier is an environmental educator and naturalist at Bayberry Environmental Center in Junius. He volunteers with the Montezuma Audubon Center Committee and is a member of the Finger Lakes Land Trust and Ontario Pathway.

Hostesses are Sandy Dodson and Betty VanAuken, flower arrangement by Chris Brightman. President Rita McHale will conduct the business meeting following the program. Guests are welcome.
