Fun at Williamson Library

Summer Reading has begun at Williamson Public Library. Sign the children up and start earning fun and exciting prizes for reading.

July 8: Teddy Bear Clinic from 10 to 4 - Bring in any stuffed animal to the 'medical office' for a check-up. Free stickers and lollipops along with a chance to win a Build-A-Bear gift certificate.

July 12: Ice Cream Social at 1:30. - Make your own ice cream while shakin' to some rockin' tunes! Bring a pair of gloves so your hands don't get cold. Registration is required.

July 21: Story Artist at 10:30. - Come listen and watch as artist Jim Ryan draws a picture from a story read by Maryanne Hunt. For kids ages 5 and up.

July 26: Gilbert & Sullivan Musical Performance at 7 p.m. - The Off -Monroe Players will perform an evening of light and silly songs for the whole family.

July 27: Movable Museum at 2:00 p.m. - The Genesee Country Village & Museum brings the museum to the library. Play with toys from the 1800's. For kids ages five and older; registration required.

July 28: Craft Day from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. - Lots of fun stuff to make and take home. A Lap-Sit Storytime will be offered Mondays at 10:30 a.m. beginning July 11-August 1. This is for children ages 18 months to 3 years old. All children must be accompanied by an adult story partner. Preschool Storytime for children ages 3-5 will be Wednesday at 10:30, July 13 & 20. Registration is required for both storytimes.
