'Kids are Special' program in Newark

To celebrate 25 years as part of the Newark community, Mike Barnard wants to help keep your family safe by teaming up with Moran and Kufta's 'Kids Are Special' program.

It provides parents with an identification card that includes a recent photograph, thumb print and relevant information including height, weight, eye color, hair color, skin color, age, identifying features and any medical issues the child may have.

The safety van will be at Mike Barnard Chevy-Cadillac store on West Rt. 31 in Newark on July 14 from noon to 1 p.m. There will be free hot dogs and refreshments on site.
