Picnic planned at Arcadia Farm

A picnic is planned for Saturday, July 23, from 2 to 6 at Peacework Organic Farm, (at the North end of Welcher Road, Newark, near where the buffalo roam.)

Farm Tours offered from 2 to 3:30; Entertainment 3:30 to 5:15 by Bush Mango African Drumming, Connie Collins - Irish songs, Jack Bradigan Spula - classical piano, and comedian Suzy Polucci.

Potluck supper 5:15 to 6; bring a dish to pass and a place setting. The farm will provide drinks.

You are invited to celebrate this campaign to preserve the old 'Humbert Farm' and help raise money to preserve this farmland in perpetuity. Tours on foot or in a wagon.

The Genesee Land Trust has the opportunity to purchase the land and to lease it back to the Peacework Farm.
