DeWispelaere reunion

Calling all DeWispelaere descendants

In the early 1900's, two brothers with their wives, came to Wayne County to live the American Dream. Peter with wife Sarah, had 12 children and William with wife Elizabeth, had nine.

Living in Holland was brother Jacob, wife Magdelena, and 11 children. Their children joined their cousins in the United States later on.

Are you our relative? Find out more about your family by joining a family reunion on July 10 at Perkins Park, Newark. We are meeting at noon, dinner at 1 p.m.

Perkins Park can be found by traveling Route 88 and turning west onto Washington Street; this will take you directly to the park.

Please bring your own beverage, table service, lawn chair and dish to pass.

If you have questions, call Dorothy DeMay at 331.6156 or Doris Cornwell at 331.2972.

We look forward to meeting you and exchanging family stories!
