Raffle at Lyons Library

The Lyons Public Library is raffling off a reproduction of an antique flatware server.

The server is handmade by Sam Baker of Alloway, and is made of walnut. It is decorated with a simple wheat motif carved into the sides and handle of the tray. The server is valued at $50. Part of the proceeds will benefit the library's building fund. Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5. The drawing will be held on Friday, April 22.
