Sodus Library Friends will meet

The annual meeting of the Friends of the Sodus Free Library will be held at 4 p.m. on Thursday, March 10. This group is the driving force behind the Library's annual used book sale, the Valentine chocolate and Christmas bread sales, and the booth at the Olde Tyme Country Faire.

Monies raised through members efforts are used to fund materials not covered by the operating budget; recent gifts include an audiobook display spinner, a Time to Read clock, a suggestion box, and browsing baskets.

All who are interested are encouraged to attend this meeting and to join at one of several levels of membership offered. Stop by the Library at 17 Maple Avenue or call 483.9292 for more information.
