Seminar in Lyons on health-care proxy

Lyons Rotary Club invites you to attend a free seminar June 1, at 6 p.m. at the VFW on Route 14 South.

Topics on health care proxies and long-term care will be discussed by Dr. Thomas Caprio from the University of Rochester, and Kirstin Adams, NYS certified long-term care specialist from the Lyons National Bank.
