Newark Library hearing is June 1

Notice of Election and Special Meeting of Qualified Voters of the Newark Central School District

Newark Public Library will ask voters to officially approve the formation of the new library district and elect trustees.

Seven seats are to be filled on the Newark Public Library Board of Trustees.

A public hearing is set for Wednesday, June 1 at 6:30 p.m. at the Public Library.

The vote will be Tuesday, June 14 from noon to 8, also at the Newark Public Library. Absentee ballots are available.
