The house which stands on a knoll, has the wide hall and porch with white pillars of the early Colonial homes. Henry Lybart will manage the farm, living with his wife and daughter, Jane and Janis, in the south side of the house and Elmer Lybart and family will spend some of the summer months in the north part of the house.
