Newark Library luncheon review The Friends of the Newark Public Library will present the first book review luncheon of the new season at noon on October 21. Kass Vande, retired teacher from the Pittsford CS District who resides in Sodus Point, with her husband Mark, will review Family Matters by Rohinton Mistry. The novel is set in Bombay and discusses family ties and multi-generational families. The author speaks of the human spirit and families world wide with warmth and some humor. Vande also hopes to show DVD photos taken while visiting her daughter Tasha, who lives in India. Cost of the luncheon is $4, and the public is invited to attend.
