Book Chat in Lyons tonight

On Oct. 25 at 6:30 p.m. at the Lyons Public Library, the Book Chat group will discuss the book Eragon by Christopher Paolini. Paolini wrote the book when he was 15 and was heavily influenced by many of the great fantasy writers such as Tolkein and Anne McCaffrey.

Eragon is a young man who finds a magical blue stone while hunting one day. The stone turns out to be a dragon egg and when hatched, the dragon and Eragon bond and their adventures begin.

Free program is open to the public. 946.9262.
