Workshops at Cooperative Extension Free workshops will be offered on meeting rising energy costs. Take Control of Credit & Debt, Nov. 15, 9-11 Space is limited. To register, call 331.8415. Workshops are part of EmPower New York, a new program administered through Cornell Cooperative Extension to assist low and limited income residents served by NYSEG, in reducing energy costs.
