Wegmans gives $100,000 to Red Cross fund

Wegmans Food Markets made a $100,000 corporate contribution to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund - Katrina.

All Wegmans and Chase-Pitkin stores will be accepting customer donations at the check-out.

The program will run through September 17. Customers may donate a dollar or more and 100 percent of their donations will, go to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund - Katrina.
