The Ministry of Music at the Second Reformed Church on August 6 was presented by Emily Estochen, who sang and gave a message through dance, during worship service, about her mission trip. She went to Choma, Zambia and directed a literacy program with orphans.

The Streetball 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament will be held on Saturday, Aug. 26 at the Town Park. Registration is at 9 and the tournament begins at 10 a.m. For more information, call Steve Schutt at 926.5211.

Happy Birthday to Dorothy Hendricks on Aug. 12 - from all her friends.

August 17, 1912 - Among the many automobile parties to visit Sonnenberg (Canandaigua) Friday were John Blankenberg and party, R.B. Skinner, C.H. Lookup, W.J. Chittenden, William Chapman, A. De Gelkee, A.S. Peirson and C. Roy Curtis, all of whom drove Krit cars.

I'm corresponding with Judy in Holland, Michigan, who home schools her children. She is very interested in subject information from our museum files. Presently she has information on the Netherlands, Outhouses, Ellis Island, Sears houses and Cobblestone.

Has there been any information on home break-ins in Marion and who destroyed some of the beautiful flowers downtown?

John and Jane Ballesty, Aidan and Brian, had an exciting time last week when they participated in a four-hour white water raft ride in Pulaski. They stopped and enjoyed a picnic lunch on the way - a beautiful day, a wonderful experience!
