Book discussion at Newark Library

August's book selection is from the pen of Anne Tyler, in what is perhaps her richest and most deeply searching novel, Digging to America, which brims with subtle and funny observations that cast a penetrating light on the American way of life as seen from two perspectives - those who are born here, and those who are still struggling to fit in.

Join folks in the board room of the Newark Public Library Monday, August 21 at 6:30 p.m.

They will probe this provocative story line by an author who was awarded the Pulitzer Prize in 1988, and continues to enthrall her readers with her first-class work.
