At Lyons Farmers' Market

The Lyons Farm Market will host young dance students from Dance Expressions by Theresa, a Newark-based studio, on Saturday, Aug. 26 at 9 a.m.

Lyons Methodists will be having a bake sale at the Market.

This year has been a success thanks to Lyons National Bank and Jan Mastracy, all the vendors who donated door prizes, Jim Murphy for his festive music, Theresa Streb for helping out, and the Market Planning Committee.

Support the Market each Saturday morning through October 28 from 7:30 to 11 a.m. around the Lyons Village Park. Get your canning and pickling supplies, fresh home-grown produce, baked goods, honey, eggs, cut flowers and plants at fair prices from local farmers and bakers.
