Steps Mission Team to perform On December 15 the new Steps of Faith Missions Team will perform at the New Hope Bible Church in Phelps at 7 p.m. as part of their Christmas Coffee House entertainment in celebration of the birth of Christ. The New Hope Praise Band will also be performing. There will be coffee and Christmas bakery served at no charge. The Steps Mission Team is made up of serious dance students from the Steps of Faith Dance Studio located in Lyons. Their dances at New Hope will share the story of the birth of Christ. 'The girls are delighted to be part of this team because they enjoy sharing their faith through dance. All that get to see them dance will be richly blessed,' commented Rachael Platt, their ballet & pointe teacher. The dance team is made up of Rebecca Andrew, Emma Andrew, Savannah Beckens, and Rhea Hayes. This is their very first performance together as the Steps of Faith Missions Team. The team plans 9 performances throughout the year with the last four performances being danced together with the Steps of Faith Dance Company from the Steps of Faith Dance Studio in Georgia.
