Cookie sale at Newark church

The First United Methodist Church, 301 South Main Street, Newark, is holding a Holiday Cookie Sale in the church dining hall on Saturday, December 16, from 10 until sold out.

'Cookies good enough to give as a gift' will feature decorated cut-outs, pressed, fruit and nut filled, gingerbread, fudge, candy, and many holiday specialties. Price is $6 a pound.
