Medicare options will be discussed

The Friends of the Williamson Public Library have invited a local insurance agent to present a Program Sandwiched In on the new Medicare drug program and available options on February 15.

Jane Willis, Williamson resident, member of the Williamson Planning Board, and licensed health and accident insurance agent, will give an overview of the Medicare program and will discuss the choices that consumers now have.

The presentation begins at noon in the library's community room and anyone who has been concerned with, and confused by, the new government programs for prescription coverage is welcome to attend. An optional lunch may be reserved by calling the library at 589.2048 by 8 p.m. on the Monday before the program.
