'Free Lunch' directors announce retirement

Newark's Emmanuel United Methodist Church announces the retirement of Art and Elsie Deys, directors of the Free Lunch Program at Emmanuel. They will be leaving their volunteer position March 31. They have served the program since 1994.

Someone is needed to serve as director of the program, serving the community of Newark/Arcadia.

Free lunches have been provided every Tuesday and Thursday at noon.
