Share your collection Everyone collects something, or has something they've been holding on to for years for some unknown reason. Some of us have things from journeys to other parts of the world, and some of us have collections from our own back yards. From Japanese kimonos to bird nests, from campaign buttons to antique glass, the display case at the Newark Library has temporarily housed many interesting things from local residents. Kids were entranced with the Beanie Baby display, and many people leaned elbows on the glass for quite a while to peer in at the open postage stamp albums. There've been historic Newark memorabilia and semi-precious gems, model cars and Girl Scout badges - from priceless to free, from old to new, the case awaits you. Wish to put your collection in the case for a month? Stop in at the library and sign up.
