Poker run for Humane Society

The Humane Society of Wayne County along with Harv's Harley Davidson and the Wayne County Harley Owners Group are holding the 1st Annual Poker Run to benefit the animals of Wayne County.

The date is July 23; all bikes are welcome, registration is from 10-11:30 a.m. at Harv's on Kittering Road in Macedon. The entry fee is $20 per person and includes poker run entry, dinner and entertainment, a door prize ticket and donation to the Humane Society.

The prizes for the top poker hands are as follows:

• 1st: $500 gift certificate to Harv's Harley Davidson
• 2nd: $250 gift certificate to Harv's Harley Davidson
• 3rd: $100 gift certificate to Filers Powersports
• 4th: $50 gift certificate to Macedon Vet Clinic
• 5th: $25 gift certificate to CountryMax.

All bikes will end at the Log Cabin Restaurant, Rt. 31F in Macedon where you can listen to the tunes of The Blues Family, a rhythm and blues revue that will be sure to get you in the dancing mood!

Don't ride? Don't worry, the tunes and food and drink will be available at the Log Cabin from 3 to 6. Get your tickets at the Shelter or at the door for $5 (food and drink on your own).
