Happenings Gene Mullin has returned home following surgery at Strong Hospital in Rochester. June 2: grades K-4 Vocal Concert - 9:30 a.m. at the Elementary School auditorium. June 6 -Tuesday Marion Spring Sports Awards - 7 p.m. at the High School. June 8 - Marion PTA meets at 7 p.m. at the Elementary School auditorium May 1939 - 'Night Must Fall' is the title of the three-act play to be presented by Marion Central School faculty on Friday and Saturday evenings. The play centers about the crimes perpetrated by a young man named Dan, a bellboy in a resort hotel in Essex, England. The Marion Masons are sponsoring a Chicken BBQ Saturday, June 10, at the Masonic Temple, 3 p.m. until gone. Take-outs will be available. Adults $7, children under 10 years, $3.75. At the same time the Ladies of the Eastern Star will be holding their pie sale. Andrew Tack, son of Steve and Mary Tack of 3445 Sandhill Road, Marion, has been named to the Spring, 2006 Dean's List at Alfred State College. Andrew is majoring in Building Trades-Building Construction. Cluster Seniors Plan Outing. The first outing of the year will be Tuesday, June 6. We plan to attend the 8:30 a.m. Communion Service at St. Gregory's and gather at church parking lot at 9:30 a.m. for a trip to the Seneca Park Zoo (they accept the entertainment book coupon). The Hen House Country Store, 6165 Richardson Rd., Williamson, celebrates their ninth season in business with an Open House on Fri. & Sat., June 2 and 3.
