Lyons Heritage Society meets Monday

The Lyons Heritage Society will meet June 19 at 7 p.m. in the Hotchkiss Essential Oil Company building on Water Street.

Chris Davis, vice president of Lyons Heritage Society, will present a slide show entitled Jackson & Perkins Rose Gardens and Festivals. Davis is Executive Director of Newark-Arcadia Historical society, President of the Genesee Bottle club and a long time collector of bottles, marbles, glass whimseys and Newark memorabilia.

There will be a business meeting. Preparation for Peppermint Days Open House will be discussed.
