Steps of Faith Dancers at Lyons church

The 'Steps of Faith Dancers' will share their ministry of liturgical dance during the 10 a.m. worship service at The First Presbyterian Church of Lyons this Sunday, June 25.

The dancers are: Savannah Beckens, Rhea Hayes, Lauren Murray and Becky Williams. The choreographer and coordinator is Ms. Rachel Platt of the Steps of Faith Dance Studio in Lyons.

There will also be a hymn sing that morning and the children of the church will serve as the liturgists. The Rev. Dr. Cynthia Huling Hummel will preach. Her meditation is titled: 'Why Are You Afraid?'

A time of fellowship will follow the service. The First Presbyterian Church of Lyons is located at 11 Queen Street in Lyons at the corner of Broad. It is handicapped accessible. For more information, please call the church at 946.4723.
