Marion Happenings</b> <qc/><b>By Carolyn Adriaansen (926.4436)</b> <qc/> <em/> John and Carol Ramsey spent June 8-11 in Ithaca, attending Carol's 50th Cornell reunion. Time was spent renewing old friendships, exploring the campus, touring new facilities and gaining knowledge through presentations. More than 325 members of the Class of '56 attended.

Our family's celebration of 'Father's Day' was moved from the 90-plus-degree patio to inside the house with the air conditioning!

As the weather gets warmer, bees keep their hives cool by circulating fresh air through them, using their wings as fans.

The ministry of music at the Second Reformed Church on June 11 was presented by MacKenzie Reiss and Katy Adriaansen, singing 'Saving Grace.'

Thanks! to the Community and to our mail deliverers for the wonderful amount of food stuff collected for the Marion Food Pantry. It is much appreciated.

Last week, citizens attended the museum program of Sears, Roebuck Homes. Pictures were shown and information shared.

Maude Finch had guests recently - her brother Bill and Joline Bouwens, who live in Florida. Now, they are at their cottage in Honeoye, enjoying being back in this area.
