Seniors needed to help seniors

How would you like to show off your brand new car by driving all around the countryside? Would you like to make a difference while you drive? How about volunteering to drive for RSVP? A few hours a week is all that is needed.

Helping seniors stay healthy and meeting new people are added bonuses.

The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program is inviting you to help other senior citizens who do not have transportation or are no longer able to drive themselves. The Volunteer Transportation Corps is in the process of recruiting drivers to transport seniors to medical appointments.

If you are 55 or older, interested in driving for the Volunteer Transportation Corps, call Debbie Farnsworth, at 946.7530. If you have other interests or skills, call for more information.
