Sodus CROP walk tomorrow

Each year more than a quarter million CROP walkers walk with the world to help stop hunger, one step at a time, in 2000 CROP Walks.

The Sodus CROP Walk will be May 7, with registration at 1 p.m. and walk starting at 1:30 at the Church of the Epiphany parish hall.

The Sodus Crop Walk, sponsored by the Sodus Council of Churches, invites all to participate. Walker envelopes may be obtained from Nancy Balch by calling 483.8617.

We Walk Because They Walk. Millions of people around the world walk long distances every day to get water for daily needs; to bring home food for their families; to find wood for fuel and fodder for livestock; to farm distant fields; to find medical care when illness strikes, etc.
