Missing Sodus Gosh, the weeds are growing so fast it's hard to find the garden. The rain has been good for them. It's just so hard to believe what you see now - the leaves on the trees, the flowers on the trees and all the green grass and spring flowers. Like you just woke up from a long sleep. A miracle of nature that has come once again for us to enjoy. Mini Cherry Cheesecakes a Weight Watchers recipe
1. Place 12 cupcake liners in a cupcake pan. Combine graham cracker crumbs and margarine; mix well. 2. Spoon 1 tablespoon of crumb mixture into bottom of each liner and press down gently. Refrigerate until ready to fill. 3. Beat cream cheeses until fluffy and add lemon juice, egg whites, vanilla extract and sugar; beat until smooth. 4. Spoon cream cheese mixture evenly into crumb cups. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes. Cool. 5. Top each cheese cake with 1 tablespoon cherry pie filling. I would think you could make these a number of ways... if you like blueberries or strawberries. Probably any kind of pie filling you can find in a berry you could use. Raspberry sounds good.
