Luncheon book review in Newark

The Friends of the Newark Public Library book review luncheon is November 10 at noon at the library.

Jean Richards Seymour, retired Newark School English teacher, will be guest speaker. She will review Manhunt by James L. Swanson. Swanson, an attorney and Lincoln scholar, has written a non-fiction account of the 12-day search for Abraham Lincoln's assassin, John Wilkes Booth.

Please call the library at 331.4370 by Wednesday, November 8 for your reservation. The cost of the lunch is $4.
