Hooking weaving classes announced

Please mark your calendars for the third Thursday of each month and make a date to learn a new craft - rug hooking.

Meet from 6-9 p.m. at the Alex Eligh Community Center in Newark, for a Hook In.

Free rug hooking lessons ... we'll cut the wool into strips, and free Needle Punch Lessons if you purchase your supplies at Nine Pines Country Store.

Primitive Stuff will have a Rag Weaving Class on Thursday, January 18, from 6-9 p.m. Advance registration is necessary for this class. The class cost will be $10, no charge for refresher class. Looms will be made available at class and they vary in size and cost.

Stop by Nine Pines and see an example of Rag Weaving and get a copy of the supply list for the class.
