Festival of Trees at county home

The Wayne County Nursing Home & Rehab Center is hosting the Festival of Trees.

Trees on display are either donated to be sold on a silent auction (pick up date December 17) or loaned for the holiday season. Proceeds from the silent auction will benefit the Resident Fund.

Anyone interested in participating in this event may call Susan V. VanLare, Volunteer Coordinator, 946.5673.

The Festival of Trees will be open for public viewing on December 1, 8 and 15 from 6-8 p.m.

December 2, 3, 9, 10 and 16 from 2-4 p.m.

There will be guided tours on those dates. Self-guided tours may be taken during regular visiting hours. The receptionist will give you a location map for the trees on display.
