Apple Feast at The Point The Apple Feast Harvest Celebration is Sunday, October 8, from 11 until 5. This takes place at the Sodus Point Village Farmers Market area, just north of 104 (Rt. 14 North to Lake) or follow the Seaway Trail to Sodus Point. Best Apple Recipe Cook-off Contest offers prizes; Apple Pie Eating Contest ($5 entry fee) starts at 2. Also, 50/50 and raffles with drawings at 3 p.m. A special feature will be the display of the OCC Custom Built, Jim Kelly Hall of Fame Chopper, with limited raffle tickets available. The drawing will benefit Hunter's Hope. Taste and purchase fresh Apples, Apple Cider & Donuts, Cheese, Produce, Crafts, Flowers, Apple Wine and Wines from local growers and vineyards. Food concessions will be on the premises. While in Sodus Point, visit local restaurants and shops, take a walk along the most scenic bay on Lake Ontario, or let the kids play at one of the area's nicest playgrounds.
