Luncheon at Newark Library

The Friends of the Newark Public Library are pleased to welcome John Zornow of the Newark Arcadia Historical Society. Mr. Zornow will present the first luncheon program of the 2006 - 07 season at the library, 121 High St., at Noon on Friday, October 13.

The topic of the slide presentation is 'I didn't know that!' Before and after photos of buildings still in existence in Newark will be shown. Surprising facts about the buildings will be revealed. If you think you know where the oldest house in Newark is, you are in for a surprise!

The cost of the program and lunch is $4. Reservations should be made by Wednesday, October 11. Please call 331.4370.
