Work on Peebles moving along

The crews continue to work on renovations that will culminate in a new Peebles Department Store in the Newark Plaza.

The new store will occupy the eastern half of what was Chase-Pitkin, which closed earlier this year. Owned by Wegmans, Chase-Pitkin sold lumber, paints, and other home improvement/decorating supplies.
